Partnership Care West operates a Domiciliary Care Service providing quality care to vulnerable and frail older people in the Derry City Council area.

This service operates 365 days a year and delivers in the region of 1000 hours of care on a weekly basis to approximately 120 service users.

The Domiciliary Care provided by Partnership Care West enables a significant number of people to continue living in the community.
